Building Operations

Building operators look after all the maintenance, repairs, general upkeep of the Kinesiology Complex. This includes event set up/take down, general playing field maintenance, liaising with facilities management, grounds, caretaking and contractors, as well as being the main point of contact for large project management, building inspections, renovations, office moves, playing field prep and maintenance, and much more.

Facility Bookings

The Facility Bookings office is responsible for booking facilities within the Kinesiology Complex and Olympic Oval, which include;

• Red, Gold and Jack Simpson gymnasiums
• Studios
• Playing Fields -- See Outdoor Field Closure & User Guidelines (PDF)
• Kinesiology meeting spaces and classrooms
• Olympic Oval facilities
