Kinesiology Operations
Kinesiology has their own facilities group called Kinesiology Operations. They manage the Dr. Roger Jackson Kinesiology Complex (block A and B) and the Olympic Oval. They look after room and facility bookings, maintenance, renovations, key access and much more.
Building Operations
Building operators look after all the maintenance, repairs, general upkeep of the Dr. Roger Jackson Kinesiology Complex. This includes event set up/take down, general playing field maintenance, liaising with facilities management, grounds, caretaking and contractors, as well as being the main point of contact for large project management, building inspections, renovations, office moves, playing field prep and maintenance, and much more.

Facility Bookings
The Facility Bookings office is responsible for booking facilities within the Dr. Roger Jackson Kinesiology Complex and Olympic Oval, which include;
- Red, Gold and Jack Simpson gymnasiums
- Studios
