How do your hormones affect you?
About the study
Provide feedback on a health-tracking app that gives you personalized insights into how your hormones impact your menstrual cycle, activity levels, appetite, sleep and mood.
To take part in the study, you will fill out a baseline survey. If you meet additional eligibility for the 90-day study, you will receive free use of the premium version of the My Normative App. After 90 days, you will be asked to share your experience with researchers by completing a 20-minute follow-up survey. Your input will help advance much-needed research into female health apps. Learn more below.

Criteria
- Menstruating individuals ages 18-35
- Have an iPhone
What you will do
- Complete a 15-20 minute baseline survey
- Use the My Normative Premium App for 90 days, free of charge
- Complete a 15- to 20-minute follow-up survey
Once you complete the first survey, researchers will email you an ID number and a promo code to download the premium version of the app for free.
Upon completing the 90-day study and follow-up survey, you will continue to have free access to the My Normative App for an additional 90 days.
