Pediatric Yoga and Fatigue Study
A study to find out if yoga or iPad activities help children who receive chemotherapy or a bone marrow transplant feel less tired. This study aims to reduce fatigue for hospitalized children, ages 8-18 years, receiving intensive chemotherapy, or hematopoietic stem cell transplants (HSCT).

IMplementation of Physical Activity for Children and Adolescents on Treatment (IMPACT) IMPACT is a new program launching in Spring of 2021 and will be offering physical activity opportunities for children and adolescents during treatment in Alberta.
We are offering young adults ages 18-39 years affected by cancer an 8-week FREE online yoga program delivered via Zoom! This yoga program is evidence-informed and was created by researchers from the University of Calgary’s Health and Wellness Lab.
Pediatric Oncology Exercise Manual (POEM) aims to inspire and promote an active lifestyle for children with cancer, to help counteract cancer treatment side-effects and achieve a better quality of life.
